Note: This API is now obsolete.

Class used to store information about filters, that should be applied to a AnySenseService.Entities.API.PublicAPI.V1.DTOs.User or [!:Group] when searching for [!:FormData]
Note: This is not the filter filled by the user while searching, but a filter applied at alltime, which is set by an administrator.

	Id	The filter Id.
	SelectedGroups	List of [!:Group] ids that this filter is applied to.
	SelectedUsers	List of AnySenseService.Entities.API.PublicAPI.V1.DTOs.User ids that this filter is applied to.
	Title	The name given to the filter for easily identification.
	VersionId	The VersionId of the AnySenseService.Entities.API.PublicAPI.V1.DTOs.Form the filter should be applied to.
